"For a senior 78-year-old, the casino venue had NO scooters or wheelchair available, but the senior did have a walker. Upon arrival, we had to walk several minutes to find an elevator, then stand in line for security before finally getting into the venue. Multiple times, ushers asked to see tickets, and they initially seated us in the wrong seats. As the show began, we had to move again to seats that weren't ours because we didn't have the correct chairs for the seats I purchased. We were told to sit in the incorrect seats once more, and 15 minutes into the show, we had to move yet again and wait for the appropriate chairs. Ushers repeatedly asked to see our tickets and just seated us anywhere, which was frustrating for a 78-year-old. The constant seat changes were unacceptable. I doubt I will return to this venue as it was a disappointing first-time experience."
